The competition on Next Level Chef Season 4 is heating up as chefs from Team Gordon Ramsay, Team Nyesha Arrington, and Team Richard Blais battle it out for a chance to stay in the game. In the all-new “Shoyu My Ramen” episode, contestants took on a high-stakes ramen challenge, but not everyone made it through. Here’s a breakdown of who advanced and who was sent home in tonight’s elimination.
Major Exit Before the Challenge Began
Before the cooking even started, Gordon Ramsay announced that social media chef Meg Sheley from Team Ramsay had to leave the competition due to medical reasons. With her exit, only 12 chefs remained in the running. Team Ramsay was hit the hardest, as they had already lost Mistie Knight in Week 1. Team Arrington was also down one chef after Cathy Cann’s elimination last week, leaving Team Blais as the only team still fully intact.
The Ramen Challenge: Who Rose to the Occasion?
For the night’s main challenge, chefs had to create a standout ramen dish. Adding to the pressure, contestants had to grab their ingredients from the moving platform, making timing a crucial factor. Last week’s winner, Beatrice Heirigs secured her spot in the top-level kitchen, while Team Blais took the middle level and Team Arrington had to cook in the bottom-tier kitchen.
